These are the terms for using Solu — the website at https://solu.page, the pages it hosts, and all features provided through the service.

By creating an account or using Solu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms are written to be clear and understandable. They explain how Solu works, what you can do with it, what you are responsible for, and how paid subscriptions work.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Solu is operated independently.

In these terms:

  • "We", "us", and "our" mean the operator of Solu.
  • "You" means the person using the service.

2. What Solu is

Solu allows you to create a personal page that you can customize with:

  • Links
  • Text
  • Images
  • Stickers
  • Layouts
  • Music and media
  • Other content and features provided through Solu

You can choose whether your page is public or private.

Solu is continuously improving. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time to improve the service.

3. Who can use Solu

To use Solu:

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must not use Solu if doing so would violate applicable laws.
  • You must not use the service after being removed or restricted for violating these terms.

If you use Solu on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

4. Your account

  • Keep your email address accurate and up to date because it is used for account access and important communication.
  • Solu uses email verification codes and optional Google Sign-in instead of passwords.
  • Do not share access to your email account or verification codes.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
  • Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
  • Do not create multiple accounts through automated methods or abuse the service.
  • Usernames and handles are provided for use within Solu and are not owned by the user. We may restrict or reclaim handles that violate these terms, impersonate others, or are used abusively.

5. Your content

Everything you add to your Solu page remains yours.

We do not claim ownership of your:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Links
  • Designs
  • Other content you create or upload

To provide the service, you give Solu permission to use your content only as needed to operate the platform.

This permission allows us to:

  • Store your content
  • Display your content when you choose to make it public
  • Resize or optimize images for performance
  • Create technical copies needed for reliable operation
  • Show your page in Solu features when you choose to participate

For example, if you submit your page to an optional discovery or showcase feature, you allow us to display your page preview as part of that feature.

This permission ends when you delete your content, except for temporary copies needed for backups, security, or legal requirements.

You confirm that:

  • You have the rights to upload and share your content.
  • Your content does not violate other people's rights.
  • Your content follows these terms.

You are responsible for the content you publish. Solu does not manually review every page before it is published.

6. What you cannot do

You must not use Solu to upload, host, promote, or link to content or activities that:

  • Break applicable laws.
  • Contain sexual content, pornography, or explicit nudity.
  • Involve sexual content involving minors.
  • Promote hate, discrimination, or attacks against people or groups.
  • Threaten, harass, bully, stalk, or expose someone's private information.
  • Promote violence, graphic content, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
  • Contain malware, phishing attempts, harmful files, or deceptive links.
  • Are spam, including automated pages created only to manipulate traffic or search rankings.
  • Are scams, fraud, or illegal sales.
  • Use other people's intellectual property without permission.

You must also not:

  • Attempt to break, bypass, or interfere with Solu's security.
  • Abuse limits or use the service in a way that harms other users.
  • Scrape, copy, or extract the service for creating a competing product.
  • Attempt to bypass paid features or restrictions.
  • Upload files that are misleading or not what they claim to be.

7. Moderation and enforcement

If content or an account violates these terms, we may take actions such as:

  1. Removing or hiding content.
  2. Limiting visibility of a page.
  3. Suspending an account.
  4. Removing an account.

The action we take depends on the situation and severity of the violation.

Serious violations that may harm users, involve illegal activity, or create security risks may result in immediate action.

We may review the situation and make a decision.

We are not required to manually monitor all content on Solu. However, we may review reports and take action when necessary.

8. Plans and payments

Solu may offer free and paid features.

Free features

Free access is provided with the limits and features shown inside the product.

Solu may offer paid subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis.

Before purchasing a paid plan, you will be shown the applicable price, billing period, and included features.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the selected billing period.

Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

A monthly subscription renews monthly.

A yearly subscription renews yearly.

The applicable renewal price will be shown before purchase.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the available subscription management options.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not immediately remove your paid access.

After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for.

At the end of that period, the subscription will not renew and your account will return to the applicable free plan.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your content.

Refunds

We offer a 2-day refund period for paid subscription payments.

You may request a refund within 2 days of the applicable payment.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the payment method or payment provider used for the purchase.

A refund may result in the related paid access ending when the refund is processed.

This refund policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Failed payments

If a payment cannot be completed, we may limit or suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

Changes to paid plans

We may change the price, features, or availability of paid plans in the future.

If a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where required.

Changing or ending a paid plan does not delete your content unless you choose to delete your account.

We may offer discounts, promotions, trials, or special access at our discretion. These offers may have their own conditions.

9. Availability of the service

We work to keep Solu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruptions.

The service may temporarily be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service failures
  • Security updates
  • Other reasons outside our reasonable control

We recommend keeping your own copy of important content.

Solu allows users to create pages and add links to external websites.

We do not control, verify, or take responsibility for:

  • User-created pages
  • External websites
  • Products or services linked from user pages
  • Content provided by third parties

When you visit an external link, you are using that website under its own terms and privacy policy.

11. Solu intellectual property

The Solu service itself, including:

  • The Solu name
  • Logo
  • Software
  • Interface design
  • Features
  • Product-provided stickers, graphics, and assets

belongs to Solu or its licensors.

Using Solu does not give you ownership rights over these elements.

Assets provided inside Solu may only be used as part of your Solu page unless we explicitly allow other uses.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute Solu assets.
  • Sell or sublicense Solu-provided materials.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract parts of the service.

12. Managing your page and access

You can manage the visibility of your Solu page through the privacy settings available in your account.

You can choose to make your page private, which prevents it from being publicly accessible.

Making your page private does not delete your account or remove your content. Your information remains stored so you can continue using Solu and make your page public again if you choose.

We may restrict or suspend access to accounts that:

  • Violate these terms.
  • Create risks for other users or the service.
  • Are involved in illegal activity.
  • Are required to be restricted by law.

We may also stop providing the service in the future. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to handle user data appropriately.

13. Disclaimers

Solu is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we work to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will always be available.
  • The service will always be error-free.
  • All features will always work without interruption.
  • Information provided by users or third parties will always be accurate.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law:

Solu is not responsible for indirect losses, including:

  • Lost profits.
  • Lost business opportunities.
  • Losses caused by third-party websites.
  • Losses caused by user-generated content.

You are responsible for how you use Solu and for the content you publish.

These limitations do not apply where they are not allowed by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

When we make changes:

  • The updated date at the top of this page will change.
  • Important changes may be communicated through email or inside the product.

By continuing to use Solu after updated terms become effective, you agree to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. General terms

These terms and the Privacy Policy together describe the agreement between you and Solu regarding the service.

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

Not enforcing a part of these terms immediately does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your account to another person without permission.

We may transfer the service or these terms as part of a business change, acquisition, or transfer of ownership.

17. YouTube

The YouTube block uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel to Solu, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:
